The Maggi contraversy has hit all of us. We have been consuming the Maggi since time immemorial. Maggi has been more or less a household article for all of us. It has been banned in India recently due to its high lead content and added Monosodium Glutamate popularly known as Aginomoto, a taste making ingredient. Many of us have been shocked by these turn of events. A food item containing lead a dangerous chemical. 

The Monosodium Glutamate is a common food taste enhancer that was originally developed by a Japanese company known as Aginomoto. This substance is a slow poison , it can increase the Glutamic acid levels in the body ( the reason why it causes an increase in taste sensitivity) and increase the levels of insulin in the body , leading to diabetes, obesity and long term health impairments.The increase in taste is also because of the neurotransmitter effect of the MSG, What should be labelled as a dangerous drug is what we get to consume! Why because of the competition among the pack of wolves called MNCs which will go to any extent to increase the productivity and increase the profit, for this you need to increase the cost. The media , the Political establishment is well with these companies and their advertisments make us crazy about these food stuffs. 

The full story is not over yet Maggi contains yet another alarming ingredient LEAD a notorious poison , a slow poison. It can give us a cruel death if used in sufficiently large quantities. These companies have been focusing on third world countries like India to push their stock market rates up. This slow poison is dangerous to every organ of the body. If there is an increase in diabetes and diseases in this country owe it to these products.

Another favorite of ours is the cool drinks which are available in the market , Cococola and Pepsi which are the most famous ones. Cool drinks in general contain  a high level of sugar and such an upsurge of sugar can make us feel sleepy too contrary to the general perception that it can make us feel energetic. Moreover these substances contain sufficient levels of Phosphoric Acid , something which can dissolve the very us . They also are known to contain high levels of pesticide as per the European Economic Association. Look at the video above! That explains everything all this form a deadly coal tar like substance and the smoke which comes out of it can leave you shocked, you would never have seen anything like this , once you try to boil it. The smoke can fill the entire room and a black coal like substance will be left behind which will destroy the utensil in which the boiling is done. These are the poisons which our favorite stars and cricket players advertise for us. Liars! blunt liars! Who is the devil , the companies or the people who advertise such stuffs. And what does the Govt. do about this slow murder of people in the name of privatization and growth. We are talking about Economic Growth but at the cost of our very lives. 

The issue doesn't end there either , Sodium Benzoate is a well known class 2 preservative found in almost all the packed stuff we know, this can react with Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) available by both natural and artificial means and form benzene a dangerous carcinogen,This threat is especially high in soft drinks so even the drinks like the yellow color ones can contain this stuff. 

Food colors are the eye-catching

The various food colors can be dangerous too!. A 2007 study by the UK Food standards agency published a result that food colors can cause hyperactivity and ADHD like symptoms in children. Th e food preservatives and colors are all unhealthy nevertheless. Then why are they allowed?  The reason is the attractiveness , versatility and cost-effectiveness. 

Ice creams are known to be made form milk , no say some workers in ice cream factories, all of it is just chemical, Just as the Coke experiment this can be tried at home as well balance equal liters of ice cream and milk you will find that the commercially available ice cream is much lighter!. Moreover the Ice creams don't contain sugar they contain a powerful sweetener called saccharine which can cause elevated sugar levels in our body and thus we have more than one reason to get diabetes easily! 

Another popularly tasty and cheaply available food material is Maida. Well , the legal constituent of Maggi and many other products contains Alloxan , a material which can mimic Glucose and destroy the Pancreas so now tell me what are our chances of not getting diabetes?

Last but not least Broiler chickens  and milk contain high Grown hormones to increase the productivity of the animals they also enter our body in alarming doses and have highly negative effects. Antibiotic resistance , obesity can become much higher. No matter what regulation Govt. will bring the competition is only going to make these guys compete for profit and try some thing like these again and again and endangering our lives for even the legal food additives can not be regularly consumed . If violated they can kill us slowly but surely!
